Here at Emmanuel, we believe that our worship is ultimately about God, not us. Because God has revealed Himself through the Bible, the preaching of God’s Word is central to our worship. We also value congregational singing as a vehicle through which we can praise and thank God for who He is and what He has done. Our worship music consists primarily of traditional hymns but occasionally will include more recent choruses. Other key elements of our worship include a corporate confession of sin and a confession of faith in which we agree with what God in His Word says is true. Ultimately, our focus is bringing glory to God and receiving the gifts of His mercy and grace.

Children are truly a gift from God and our desire is that they would know the love of Jesus and grow in their love for Him. On Sunday mornings during the school year (September – May) at 9:30am, we offer Sunday school classes for all ages including children (age 3 – 6th grade), youth (7th-12th grade), and adults. Your children can expect singing, Bible lessons, crafts, and other fun activities. We also invite children to participate with their family in our worship services which begin at 11:00am (10:00am during the summer). A nursery is available for young children if needed. Vacation Bible School is also held for a week each summer.

The entrance to our church parking lot is located just south of our church building on the west side of 3rd Ave. W. Handicap parking is also available.

As we gather together for worship, we believe that God is more concerned with the attitude of our hearts than our outward appearance. That being said, we encourage you to wear whatever you are most comfortable in. You will see some dressed in a suit and tie while others wear jeans and a t-shirt. Above all, we want our focus to be on glorifying our great and awesome God.
